Maximus is a dedicated and inspiring piano coach who brings both academic excellence and a genuine love of music into every lesson. Currently completing a Bachelor of Music (Honours), Maximus also holds a Certificate III in Music Industry. His strong educational background is matched by an engaging and supportive teaching style that welcomes students of all ages and experience levels.
With a focus on classical piano, Maximus helps students build a solid technical foundation while developing musical expression and confidence. His lessons naturally incorporate key skills such as sight reading, ear training, composition, and an appreciation of music history, creating a well-rounded and enriching learning experience.
As an active performer, Maximus regularly appears in both solo and collaborative classical settings. His performance highlights include The Romantics concert and “The Return of Ulysses to His Homeland” opera at the Queensland Conservatorium. These experiences shape his teaching, allowing him to share real-world musical insights in a relatable and encouraging way.
Maximus draws inspiration from composers such as Sergei Rachmaninoff, Nikolai Medtner, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Sergei Prokofiev. Their influence can be felt in his musical approach, which blends expressive depth with technical clarity.
