How to order your gift certificate

Special Note for Xmas 2023: Deadline for processing Xmas gift certificates is 1pm on Sunday December 24.

(After this time we are logging off for 2023 and cracking the egg nog!)

Option 1. (Preferred) Buy securely online with your credit card or Paypal. The payment gateway will show The Guitar Gym Pty Ltd, our parent company, as the merchant.

Simply select the desired number of lessons from the drop down and click "buy now".

After payment is completed you will be redirected to our Purchase Confirmation page. On this page there is a form for you to submit to provide details so that we can prepare and send you your gift certificate.

We will email you the gift certificate as a pdf. We do this manually so please allow up to 1 business day to receive your gift certificate via email.

Option 2. Just contact us !

We'll need to know the following:

The recipient's name
A personalised message for us to include on the gift certificate, eg. Merry Christmas Jim, love Sue.
The number of lessons at you would like.

We email you the gift certificate as a pdf along with account details for direct deposit via EFT. As soon as the payment is received, the voucher is validated.

How can the recipient book their lessons?
They can contact us to book the lessons at their convenience. Our contact details are on the gift certificate.

How long is each lesson?
Lessons are 30 minute private lessons.

Which instruments do you teach?
We offer lessons in piano, voice and drums. Guitar lessons through The Guitar Gym

Are gift certificates refundable?
No.

Are gift certificates transferable?
No. In the past we have had people attempt to claim services for gift certificates that have already been redeemed, therefore we only honour them for the original recipient. It's not very nice to give away or sell a gift anyway!
