We are seeking an exceptional Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and expanding our client base, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our music tuition business. This is a 6 month fixed term (full time) parental leave replacement position. However, it has the potential to become a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Execute strategic initiatives to attract new clients, leveraging market insights and networking opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to enhance the overall client experience.
- Manage and analyse client data to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on client activity, performance metrics, and trends.
- Develop and implement creative marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in client relationship management.
Requirements:
- Impeccable phone-based customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to assist clients.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with a natural talent for establishing rapport, trust, and long-lasting connections.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in managing client records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for various purposes.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing effectively to achieving shared goals.
- Understanding of the Google Workspace (especially gmail) system is an advantage but not essential
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing) or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a client relationship management role, ideally in the education industry or a related field.
