Client Support Assistant

Job Title: Client Support Assistant, Part time

Location: Brisbane

Award: Clerks-Private Sector Award 2020, (classification Level 3-4)

Hours: Some flexibility of hours and roster can be negotiated. 16-20 hrs per week.

 

Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and expanding our client base, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our music tuition business. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate person looking to build enduring relationships and make a meaningful impact in the music education industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and fostering loyalty.
  • Handling prospective client enquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to enhance the overall client experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Impeccable phone-based customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to assist clients.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with a natural talent for establishing rapport, trust, and long-lasting connections.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in managing client records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for various purposes.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing effectively to achieving shared goals.
  • Understanding of the Google Workspace (especially gmail) system is an advantage but not essential

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing) or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a client relationship management role
