Hosted by Declan

Have you ever heard a recording of yourself singing and thought you sounded awful? Then this workshop is for you!

Setting a standard for yourself as a singer is important. We don’t want to expect too much of ourselves since we won’t feel as though we are improving. On the other hand, if we never expect to do well then we won’t be motivated to push ourselves. As vocalists, we need to learn to separate our opinion from our voice and view it as an instrument that we are learning to control and use properly. It’s also important to know how to warm up and exercise our voices at home so we can continue improving away from our lessons.

This workshop will cover various topics such as vocal health and care, managing expectations, home practice techniques and understanding your own progression as a vocalist.

Aimed at students aged 10+. No instrument necessary.

This online workshop is interactive and will be done via ZOOM. You will need a computer with a webcam and mic.
