Belting Workshop

Belting is a singing placement that takes your chest voice up into a higher part of your register and pushes those big notes out using the air power from your diaphragm. It is true that belting can be quite a taxing technique, so it is important for us to be mindful of how we approach it.

Hayley will walk you through how to master this technique in a vocally safe and responsible way, while still packing a bit of punch! We will be looking at the correct techniques to belt, with some fun exercises to get you in the right headspace to think: big, bold belt!

Clients: 1 make up lesson or equivalent fee

Workshop Cancellation Policy

As our workshops often book out and people are turned away, we maintain the following workshop cancellation policy:

For a booking to be cancelled we must receive notice by 5 pm Thursday the week of the workshop. 

Where a makeup lesson was used to book, it will be reissued.

Where cash is paid to book, it will be refunded.
